  • Items must not show signs of wear or use.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags.

  4. Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
